test1.io is a private personal technology lab. It exists for the operator's own learning, development, server administration, document workflows, and experiments. It is not a public commercial service, public SaaS product, public file host, or public productivity suite. Features and data may change as the operator tests different systems.
1) What this notice covers
This page explains what data may be processed when the operator, or someone explicitly allowed by the operator, uses this private lab. It is not written for a public customer service.
2) Information this lab may process
- Account and sign-in data: user id, name, email address, role information, and session status.
- OAuth data: provider name, approved scopes, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, and profile data needed for sign-in or an explicitly selected integration.
- Work data: notes, PDF references, file metadata, uploaded files, office documents, menu preferences, and records created while using the tools.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information, timestamps, request paths, server logs, error logs, and security events.
- Integration data: limited data exchanged with connected systems such as SSO, file services, note/PDF services, Jenkins, Git, API test endpoints, or Google OAuth when those features are used.
3) How information is used
- to authenticate users and maintain sessions
- to show the correct tools, menus, files, notes, and document views
- to run development, admin, file, office, PDF, API, WebSocket, and build/test workflows chosen inside the lab
- to debug errors, inspect reliability issues, and protect the lab from abuse
- to keep audit trails needed for security and operations
4) Google OAuth and Google API data
If Google OAuth is used, test1.io uses Google-provided information only for sign-in, account identification, security checks, or the specific integration feature selected inside the lab. test1.io does not sell Google user data. test1.io's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5) Sharing
Personal information is not sold. Data may pass through infrastructure and authentication systems needed to run this lab, such as hosting, logging, SSO, database, file, build, and monitoring services. Data may also be disclosed if required by law or needed to protect the operator's systems.
6) Retention
test1.io is an active personal lab. Test data, files, sessions, caches, and logs may be reset, migrated, archived, or deleted as systems are developed and maintained. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for debugging, security, and administration.
7) Controls
- You can stop using the site at any time.
- If you used Google OAuth, you can revoke access from your Google Account settings.
- You can request account or data deletion by emailing cvaloper@gmail.com.
8) Security
Access to test1.io is limited by authentication, role checks, network controls, and operational monitoring. Because this is a test environment, unnecessary sensitive personal data or confidential third-party data should not be uploaded.
